The United Harvest Tri Tip is from King Ranch and is pasture raised, grass-fed. This California loved cut is best cooked low and slow. The rich beef flavor is accentuated when Tri Tip is seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic. But it is also a great cut for experimenting with other seasonings.
